Booking Policies
We have a limited number of places on each of our start times, therefore please note that:

• A credit card number is required for any booking.
• Any cancellation or change of the number of participants must be made 48 hours prior to the date of the activity. There is a 25% booking fee charge per person on your credit card if the above cancellation rules are not followed. This policy applies to any person who reserved a place and does not attend.
• If you arrive late and miss your training time, we cannot guarantee you availability to start the activity during a later start time. If there is no availability to start later on the same day, a 25% booking fee will be apply.
• ID is required for the equipment rental (equipment rental is included in your admission fee).
• The park reserves the right to suspend the activity in the event of a storm or high winds. In these circumstances, there might be a waiting time before starting the activity. If it is impossible to continue the activity due to adverse weather conditions, participants will be compensated according to how much of the course they have completed. The refund amount payable is at the discretion of Arbe Sutton Management. Any cancellation of activity ue to the weather is for the protection of the general public.

Terms & conditions for corporate and educational groups vary depending on the plan such as detailed in the contract group.

Tips on things to bring

• Sport shoes (no sandals)
• Sports clothing (covering thighs & waist), gloves, waterproof jacket
• Hair tie for long hair
• Pocket for of jewelry or watch
• A canteen of water and snacks in a small backpack
• Prescription medication (e.g. if applicable: epipen, nitro)
• Packed lunch if applicable (no restaurant on site)
